[ Blockchain for food ingredients ] Come meet Connecting Food in FIE 2020

Food Ingredients Europe  is the biggest trade show in Europe for ingredient suppliers of the Bood & Beverage industry. It takes place every two years in a major European city, and will be held in Villepinte (close to Paris, France) from december 3rd to December 5th.

As the leading food transparency platform in Europe, Connecting Food will be present on this event, to showcase our latest innovation : Blockchain-traced & certified dairy ingredients.

D-1 : Future of Nutrition Summit & Startup Innovation Challenge

One day before FIE show opens, we will be pitching on the Startup Inovation Challenge on December 2nd, held in the same venue as the Future of Nutrition Summit.  
We are the only transparency platform in our category  "Most Innovative Process, Technology or Service Supporting F&B"

A second pitching session will take place on December 3rd in the Industry Insight theatre (Hall 7) at 5:30pm, and will be followed by the awards ceremony.

December 3rd - 3pm, Conference in room 6P70 : Blockchain-tracked dairy ingredients for fully transparent products

Dairy powder & dairy proteins are key ingredients in many food products. 

Maxine Roper, co-founder of Connecting Food, will be on stage with José Luis Pinedo Riveira, product manager for industrials at Ingredia.
Together, they will explain how the dairy giant is using the Connecting Food Blockchain platform to track & audit their milk in real time. The conference will be followed by a live demonstration of the consumer-facing web-app on a transformed product : yogurt.
